Our Story

From the Coconut Triangle to the World

AUN Fiber Lanka began as a small family-run husking and fiber extraction unit in Sri Lanka's coconut triangle — the fertile region spanning Gampaha, Kurunegala and Puttalam that produces the country's finest coconut husk.

Recognizing the growing global demand for renewable, peat-free growing media, we invested in modern washing, drying and buffering lines to bring our coir up to the specifications required by professional horticulture. Today, AUN Fiber Lanka supplies coco peat, grow bags, coir blocks and natural fiber products to distributors and growers across more than 30 countries.

Every step, from husk collection to container loading, happens within our own facilities — giving us full control over quality, consistency and traceability.

Our Values

What Guides Us

🌱

Sustainability

We turn a renewable agricultural by-product into high-value growing media, reducing reliance on peat extraction.

✅

Consistency

Every batch is tested for EC, pH and particle size so growers get the same results, shipment after shipment.

🤝

Partnership

We work closely with distributors and growers to customize substrates for their specific crops and climates.

"Our goal has always been simple — take what nature gives us in the coconut triangle, and turn it into a growing medium that professional growers anywhere in the world can rely on."
